Updated November 2, 2026. We've updated our Medical Disclaimer, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. What changed:

  • How the app reads Apple Health (iPhone) and Health Connect (Android) is explained
  • If Google Gemini fails, the same AI request may go to OpenAI instead
  • Your name and other personal details are removed on your device before a document is sent to AI
  • Your health records stay on your device, so back them up regularly: we can't recover lost data
  • Answers from your phone's built-in AI model, and translations, may be less accurate
  • Medicine reminders, meal plans and nutrition values have limits: see the Medical Disclaimer

The app will ask you to accept the updated documents the next time you open it after updating. If you use an older version of the app, please update it from the App Store or Google Play. By continuing to use Pro Health Tracker you agree to the updated documents.

โš•๏ธ Pro Health Tracker is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

๐Ÿค– This application uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze medical documents and lab results. All analysis is AI-generated and must be reviewed by healthcare professionals.

1. Not Medical Advice

The content provided by Pro Health Tracker, including all text, graphics, images, extracted data, health scores, insights, and information available through the application, is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. AI-Generated Content

Pro Health Tracker uses artificial intelligence (including vision AI, large language models, and machine learning algorithms) to extract data from medical documents, analyze lab results, generate health insights, and calculate health scores. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content has inherent limitations and may:

All AI-generated analysis should be reviewed and validated by a qualified healthcare professional.

Answers from your phone's built-in AI model

On phones that have one (Gemini Nano on supported Android phones, Apple Intelligence on supported iPhones), questions can be answered by the AI model built into the phone instead of our online AI provider: when you choose this in Settings (AI on this phone), when the online AI cannot be reached, and after the free trial ends. This model is much smaller than the online AI models. Its answers may be shorter, less accurate, incomplete or wrong, and it only knows the text the app gives it. Answers from the phone's model are not medical advice either: check anything important with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using Pro Health Tracker does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Pro Health Tracker, its creators, developers, or the AI systems it employs. The application does not practice medicine or provide medical services.

4. Emergency Situations

Pro Health Tracker is NOT designed to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately (such as 911 in the United States, 112 in Europe, or your local emergency number) or go to your nearest emergency room.

Do not use this app for emergency medical situations!

5. Consult Healthcare Professionals

Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding:

6. Individual Variation

Medical conditions and responses to treatment vary from person to person. Information that may be relevant to one individual may not be appropriate for another. Reference ranges for lab tests can vary by laboratory, testing method, age, sex, and other factors. Your healthcare provider is best positioned to evaluate your specific health needs and interpret your lab results.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate extraction and analysis of medical documents, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of:

Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. Always verify extracted data against your original medical documents.

Software can have bugs. Like any software, Pro Health Tracker can have bugs and errors, for example in calculations, charts, reminders, translations or how a value is read or shown. Check anything important against its source and with a healthcare professional.

Lab tables read on your device. When the online AI cannot be reached, the app may read the table of a lab report on your device without AI (these reports are marked "Read on this device"). This reading can miss or misread a test name, value, unit or reference range. Check every value against the original report.

Nutrition values are estimates. Calories and nutrients come from USDA FoodData Central, from Open Food Facts (label data entered by its contributors), or from AI estimates of food photos. They are estimates and can be wrong, sometimes by a lot, for example when a portion size, brand or recipe differs.

Wearable and synced data can be inaccurate. Steps, sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), glucose and other values from watches, rings, sensors, Apple Health or Health Connect are measured by those devices and apps, not by Pro Health Tracker, and can be inaccurate or incomplete. HRV from Apple Health (SDNN) and HRV from Health Connect (RMSSD) are different measures: do not compare or combine the two numbers.

Patterns show associations, not causes. Patterns, correlations and insights, including links with weather, air quality and pollen, show that two things happened together in your logs. They do not show that one caused the other, and they can appear by chance. Discuss them with a healthcare professional before changing your treatment, diet or habits because of them.

Translations. The app's text in languages other than English is translated by machine and may contain mistakes, including in medical terms, instructions and warnings. If anything is unclear, check it in English (Settings, Language) or ask a healthcare professional. This Medical Disclaimer is written in English, and the English text is the one that applies.

8. Data Privacy

Your medical information is sensitive and private. While Pro Health Tracker processes your medical documents locally and uses secure APIs for AI analysis, you are responsible for:

Your health records are stored only on your device, not on our servers, and personal details are removed on your device before an upload is sent to AI. Pro Health Tracker isn't a HIPAA covered entity, so HIPAA doesn't apply to it. We don't keep a copy of your health records, so back them up regularly (Settings, Data & Backup): if your phone is lost or the app is removed without a backup, we can't recover them. If there is a data breach, we will notify you as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

By using Pro Health Tracker, you agree that Pro Health Tracker, its creators, developers, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update our Medical Disclaimer from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Medical Disclaimer in the application and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Pro Health Tracker after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.

11. Acknowledgment

By using Pro Health Tracker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Medical Disclaimer. You understand that this is an AI-powered tool for informational purposes only and that all medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

12. Specific Features

Medicine reminders and the interaction check

Medicine reminders and other notifications can fail or arrive late, for example because of your phone's settings, battery saving, the app being closed or removed, or a change of time zone. Do not rely on the app alone for doses that are critical to your health: keep another reminder, and follow the instructions of your prescriber and pharmacist. The app's medicine interaction check only looks for some common pairs on a short list. It is not a full drug interaction check, and "no interactions found" does not mean a combination is safe. Ask your pharmacist or doctor.

Meal plans, calorie targets, recipes and fasting

Meal plans, calorie targets, AI recipes and fasting tools give general guidance only. Do not use them without the approval of a doctor or dietitian if you:

AI recipes can leave out an allergen or get an ingredient wrong, even when you have told the app about your allergies. Always check the ingredients and food labels yourself.

Exercise

Check with your doctor before you start a new exercise programme, especially if you have a heart, lung or joint condition. Stop and get medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness or severe shortness of breath.

Doctor-visit report

The doctor-visit report is made from what is in the app. It may be incomplete or contain errors, including errors in data read by AI or synced from other apps. Review it before you share it, and tell your doctor about anything it leaves out.
